IPEMA Membership is now open to equipment and surfacing manufacturers, as well as entities or individuals interested in promoting play and being involved in the industry.

Active IPEMA members are free to use the IPEMA membership logo, except as noted below. IPEMA also provides a Third Party Certification Service where an independent laboratory validates a participant's certification of conformance to certain safety standards. IPEMA provides certification logos, which are different from the membership logo, to participants in the certification program(s). IPEMA members who do not participate in a certification program may not use any of the IPEMA certification logos. In addition, the membership logo may not be used in any advertisement or other media to suggest product certification. Please contact IPEMA headquarters if you would like to know more about the certification program(s) or membership.

	Members and Benefits:
	1)   An industry voice. Your concerns have more power when you band together as opposed to presenting an issue from one company's standpoint. 2)   Public Relations. Having IPEMA quoted as a group in industry and national media. 3)   Quarterly Statistical Sales Report. Only members may participate and only participants receive the feedback report. Sales figures are sent in confidence to Management Foresight Co. who tabulates the data. This useful tool enables participants to determine where they stand in the marketplace and to conduct forecasting on future sales. 4)   Voluntary participation in the third-party Certification program at a discounted price. Please note that non-members can participate but are charged at a higher rate. “Active Membership in the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association shall be open to any firm, corporation, entity, or individual engaged in the manufacturing of play equipment and related products. Associate Membership in the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association shall be open to any individual or entity that is involved in selling or utilizing play equipment and related products within the scope of their operation or employment, but not engaged in the manufacturing of play equipment and related products.” (IPEMA Bylaws, Article IV, Section 1 & 2)
